How do I install 7 day programmable thermostat with four wire system?

I have red green blue and white wires. I followed instructions in manual and heat works but a/c doesn't. I used programmable during the winter but had to reinstall my old thermostat for summer. Connections on new thermostat are G, Rc, Rh, Y/O, W/B, Y1. There is a jumper preinstalled from Rc to Rh. the green wire goes to the G

the white wire goes to the the O

the red wire goes to the RH

and as far as the blue that goes to the W/B

Most stats with multiple Y contacts require you to use the Y1 terminal. Does the stat turn on? If not, try installing a battery in the stat. If it still doesn't turn on, it may need the common from the transformer in your furnace. If this is the case, you'll need to pull a new cable somehow.
