How do you program a Honeywell Thermostat?

I just moved into this house and I do hear it working from the main duct. However, it is not either sucking or blowing any air. All other vents are open but nothing comes out. I don't know how to program it right or something

Hopefully any of you guys have had some experience on this type of problem. Thank you so much!

I have a Honeywell - T8112C1007 electronic (digital) thermostatHow do you program a Honeywell Thermostat? Here's a link to the homeowner's manual - http://customer.honeywell.com/Honeywell/How do you program a Honeywell Thermostat?Your cooling system has three motors. One is the fan motor on the air handler which is usually indoors somewhere and the other two are outside

as part of the air conditioner. That would be the compressor and the condenser fan motor. Verify where the sound that you hear is coming from. If it is truly coming from the fan inside of the air handler, then check to see if the fan belt is still attached and running the fan inside of the air handler. Also check the air filter which is usually in the return air duct somewhere. either right inside of the return air duct grate or at the bottom of the air handler. The filter may need replacing. How do you program a Honeywell Thermostat?Drop the front cover, the directions are right inside.
