I'm looking for a ceil heat thermostat model CHT-S1-22. Can anyone tell where to find one?

I need a replacement thermostat. I have looked everywhere online, but only find how to install it, but not where to buy it. Help?I'm looking for a ceil heat thermostat model CHT-S1-22. Can anyone tell where to find one?you might try ebay. they have just about anything on there. good luck.
