How do i replace a thermostat on a hoover fridge freezer ?

I have a hoover frost free fridge freezer, however, at the moment its not frost free.and all the food in the fridge compartment is freezing over and the back panel has a layer of ice on it. I have come to the conclusion that it is the thermostat and have ordered the correct replacement thermostat. The problem is I cannot find where the thermostat is located. Can anyone give me informed guidance as to where on/in the fridge it is. ?? The frost should melt from time to time as part of its normal working mode. As long as the frost does not build up to become very thick a frost line is acceptable.
